BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE & goes towards the cost of your service. 
• 24 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED for rescheduling. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, will result in FORFEITURE of your deposit. Please be prepared to PAY A NEW DEPOSIT the next time you schedule an appointment.
• If you're more than 15 minutes late, you must RESCHEDULE.
• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes PRIOR to your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation form(s).
• NO SHOW = CANCELLATION and FORFEITURE of your deposit. Please be prepared to PAY A NEW DEPOSIT the next time you schedule an appointment. 
• NO EXTRA persons allowed unless they have a scheduled service.
• If you have a cough, sneeze, fever, chills or have been exposed to someone with COVID, please do not book a service. Please wait at least 2 weeks to book your service.
• Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
• We ask that masks be worn PRIOR to and AFTER your service.

OUR SUITE IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WHEN YOU ENTER THE BUILDING, COME STRAIGHT PAST THE RECEPTION DESK THEN MAKE A RIGHT.
